{"id":2314,"date":"2025-05-07T11:46:17","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T11:46:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.covadabaleia.com\/park-rules\/"},"modified":"2025-07-22T11:43:49","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T11:43:49","slug":"park-rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/covadabaleia.com\/en\/park-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"Park Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening Hours<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>June to September:<\/strong> from 10 AM to 7 PM, open every day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>October to May: <\/strong>from 10 AM to 6 PM, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except by prior reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access and Activities<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entry to the park is <strong>free<\/strong>, but all<strong> activities, pool, and services have associated costs.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee the availability of activities without <strong>prior booking.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activities follow the <strong>daily schedules<\/strong>, posted at the reception.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All activities are supervised by <strong>qualified instructors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For reasons beyond our control (technical, weather-related, or others), activities may be suspended or schedules changed <strong>without prior notice<\/strong>, <strong>with no right to a refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with <strong>safety rules<\/strong> or the instructors\u2019 instructions may result in refusal to participate in the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some activities have <strong>access restrictions<\/strong> (height, age, physical condition, or health).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cova da Baleia is not responsible for <strong>accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety rules.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of <strong>appropriate sports clothing and footwear<\/strong> is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cova da Baleia is equipped for <strong>people with reduced mobility<\/strong>. Please contact us in advance to arrange activities. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Animals on a leash<\/strong> are allowed, except in the pool area. Dangerous dog breeds must wear a <strong>muzzle<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cova da Baleia is not responsible for <strong>damage to and\/or theft<\/strong> of belongings on its premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some services may have <strong>different hours<\/strong> than the park. Please check at the reception. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NOT ALLOWED<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entry of <strong>sun umbrellas and chairs is not allowed.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry with <strong>coolers<\/strong> is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry with <strong>alcoholic beverages<\/strong> is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry with <strong>food<\/strong> is not allowed, except for <strong>reservations previously agreed upon<\/strong> (parties, farewells, schools, groups, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Picnics<\/strong> must be done in the bar\/terrace area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No entry for individuals who do <strong>not guarantee hygiene or safety<\/strong>, or who show signs of <strong>intoxication or drug use<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No entry for users with <strong>contagious diseases<\/strong>, <strong>open<\/strong> or <strong>unhealed wounds.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No entry for children <strong>under 12 years old without<\/strong> adult supervision. The adult is responsible for the child and any damage caused. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of <strong>remote-controlled toys or drones is prohibited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No entry with <strong>glass bottles, cans, or sharp objects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No entry into the water wearing <strong>inappropriate clothing<\/strong> (T-shirts, pants, skirts, dresses, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No access for unauthorized persons to <strong>restricted areas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smoking only in designated areas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not throw trash outside the bins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any behavior that puts the <strong>safety of users at risk <\/strong>is forbidden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MANDATORY<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards staff or visitors will not be tolerated<\/strong>. In case of incident, the person will be removed from the park and, if necessary, <strong>authorities will be called<\/strong>.
